Parts of Surface Copilot+ PCs, including motherboards, are recovered for refurbishment and reuse, reducing waste and dependency on new components.

Collaborations with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) also allow greater reuse of rare earth oxides, improving recycling processes for complex materials.
